In case of an emergency which you believe may be life threatening or serious please phone 522622 or 999 immediately.

Where possible, we would prefer you come to be seen at the surgery as we have more equipment and facilities here to assess and treat you than would be available on a home visit. You will usually be seen more rapidly and it will also enable the doctor to see more patients each day.

However, if you do  require a visit please

  • Try to make your request before 10.30 am as the doctors may be out on their visits shortly after this
  • Make sure you give the correct address where you are staying
  • Make sure there is someone available to unlock the door for the doctor or instructions are left as to how they may get in

If you have a child who is unwell with a temperature, it will usually be much quicker and safer for them to be brought to the surgery to be seen.
