Patients on long-term medication can order a repeat prescription in a number of ways:

- By e-mail - to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Online – via the link on the home page.New users are required to complete a simple registration.
To maintain quality prescribing we will not accept telephone requests.
Your prescription can be collected from one of the local pharmacies if you have made arrangements with them and have let us know. Please anticipate your next repeat prescription and allow us time to process it before coming to collect it.
Please do not telephone the surgery to enquire if your repeat prescription has been processed. If you come back at the right time it will be ready for you.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please note that ordering your prescription more than 2 weeks in advance of when it is due will result in request being rejected. If there is a reason for early ordering please specify.
